These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yeeswater.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by YEES WATER (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an authorized Puronics dealer based in Chino, California. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational website only. It describes the products and services we offer, including Puronics water softeners, water purifiers, replacement filters, installation, and ongoing service. The Site does not process online orders, payments, or customer accounts. To request a quote, schedule installation, or arrange service, please contact us directly using the information at the bottom of these Terms.
2. No Offer to Sell Online
Prices, product specifications, photographs, availability claims, and service-area descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to sell or a binding price quotation. Final pricing, taxes, scheduling, and warranty terms are confirmed only after a direct conversation with us and any written quote we provide.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our hosting infrastructure, or any related systems.
- Scrape, copy, mirror, or redistribute Site content (including product descriptions, photography, and service-area descriptions) for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or excessive automated traffic.

The Site, including its design, text, images, layout, and code, is owned by YEES WATER or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Puronics”, “Hydronex iGen”, “Micromax 7000”, and related product and model names are trademarks of Puronics, Inc., used by us with permission as an authorized dealer.
You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including republication or commercial use, requires our prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Links and References
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites and manufacturer materials (for example, Puronics product pages). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the Site itself. Performance of any water treatment product depends on local water conditions, installation quality, and ongoing maintenance, and we make no guarantee of specific water-quality outcomes through statements on this Site.
Any product warranty for items we sell is provided by the manufacturer (Puronics, Inc.) under its own written warranty, separate from these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, in no event will YEES WATER, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when changes took effect. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
