Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
YEES WATER (“YEES WATER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates yeeswater.com (the “Site”) as an informational website for our Puronics water treatment dealership in Chino, California. This policy describes what limited information we collect when you visit the Site, and your choices.
We do not sell anything online through this Site. All sales, quotes, installation, and service appointments are arranged by phone, text, or in person.
1. What We Collect
The Site does not have contact forms, newsletter signup, user accounts, or checkout. When you visit, the only information collected is:
- Server access logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records the IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp of each request, for security and uptime purposes. We do not link these logs to any individual identity.
- Approximate region. Cloudflare may infer an approximate region (city/state level) from the IP address as part of its content-delivery network.
- First-party browser storage for theme preference. If you change the light/dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's
localStorageunderyees-water-theme. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party analytics cookies.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses through the Site.
- We do not process payments online and do not store any payment card information.
- We do not maintain customer accounts on this Site.
- We do not collect categories of sensitive personal information as defined by California law.
- We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 16.
If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we will of course see the information you choose to give us in that conversation. That communication is handled outside of this Site and is used only to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you request.
3. How We Use Server Logs
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- To detect and prevent abuse, scraping, or attacks.
- To comply with applicable law if served with a valid legal request.
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days and then discarded.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the following, and only as necessary:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — provides hosting, content delivery, and DDoS protection. Their privacy notice is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties — only when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We have no advertising partners or data brokers.
5. California Residents
California law, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives California residents certain rights. Because this Site collects so little information, most of those rights have nothing to apply to. Specifically:
- Right to Know / Right to Delete. The only personal information we may hold about a visitor of this Site is short-lived server logs containing IP addresses. If you would like us to confirm what (if anything) we have associated with a specific IP, or delete it, email us using the contact information below.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing. We do not sell or share personal information; there is nothing to opt out of.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising any privacy right.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request — even though, as noted, we do not sell or share data to begin with.
6. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We rely on Cloudflare for transport security and infrastructure hardening. While no system is perfectly secure, the limited data we collect (anonymous request logs only) substantially reduces the risk to visitors.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when changes took effect. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
